Game completion error

[Death Troopers]

On my alt, Never Say Never (link below), I have been attempting the final mission for a few days, and today I succeded...ish. I cleared the final mission, and in the otherworld it even shows the faded box, but nowhere else does the game recognize it. I'm still a red fox, the mission central still shows my mission to be exploring the otherworld, and I've done everything I can think of to get it to work. I've logged out and back in on three browsers.
