Easy mode is lacking LW's! That's why we'll add Hurricane Slasher in Wind Country 2:2, Magma Sword in Fire Country 2:2 and Bolt Blade in Lightning Country 2:2. Drop rates are 0,06%. No itemfind required. What is Legendary March?

Now, the stats... in the correct order:
LW1: +28 Ninjutsu, +8% Reroll, +40 Wind Damage, +40 Wind Adv.
LW2: +25 Endurance, +18% Reroll, +35 Fire Damage, +55 Fire Adv.
LW3: +28 Taijutsu, +4% Critical Damage, +50 Lightn. Damage, +30 Lightn. Adv

Let's add some Medium mode LW's on Saturday!

Are there going to be any more LW's in easy or beginner around Luna, Tornado, or Murasame level?

Hard already has an ample supply of LW. And if you check LW #3, there were more added.
