Today is the day, when the long awaited visual novel will finally be realeased... in japanese. But don't worry, a Russian Team will be
working on a translation, just like they did to the demo which you can find translated at the end of this post.

Witch on the Holy Night is a Visual Novel developed by Type Moon confirmed to be released on April 12, 2012.
As a Visual Novel, it will feature the basic elements: A lovely story, ear-pleasing music, great developed characters,
a fully detailed plot, background images and the main character narrating the story. Unlike Type-Moon's previous Visual Novels, this is not an adult game.
A little background of this project:

Nasu was inspired in 1995 by the first episode of "Neon Genesis Evangelion" to write a novel,
something he had been thinking since high school. He originally wrote it as a roughly 400-page novel in winter 1996.
He tried to sign it for several writing competitions, but was unsuccessful, leaving the work merely being passed around by his friends.
Later, Nasu planned to submit it to Fujimi Shobo, but had difficulty keeping the page count under 350 pages and left the novel unreleased.
After forming Type=Moon with Takashi Takeuchi and releasing several popular projects under it, such as Tsukihime and Fate/ Stay Night, Takeuchi suggested remaking the novel so
it could be released before their next planned project "Girls' Work"

It was in April 2008 when it's release was announced. Originally meant to be released in 2009, received several delays and
got the new date in September 2010, and then pushed it more to Winter 2011. On December 15th, a Demo Version was made available to the public
for free, with the unchangeable new release date being April 12, 2012 for the PC.

The Full Game's OST will be released on May 9, 2012.

-Aoko Aozaki, a character who has had many appearances through other works
of Type-Moon such as Tsukihime and Melty Blood, but this time we will see her High School life.

To be honest, I haven't known about this visual novel's deepths, previous release dates and stuff back when it was first announced. I found out about it just a few months ago.

I think I have already told you...
The first time I've spoken about it in the BW thread, I'm pretty sure I did.
And I think I did say it features Aoko Aozaki as the protagonist, who has appeared in many works of Type Moon before.

Ya, you emntionned a VN with AOko Aozaki (obviously a type moon project), just didn't mention the name of that VN (as far as I recall anyways)

It is Shiki, she's just hard to notice, But if you just pay attention to how they are the 3 main Heroines from theyre respective VN, last one remaining is Shiki :P
